Oven Cleaners

OVEN AND GRILL CLEANER

CHEF Griddle and Fryer Cleaner

Oven and Grill Cleaner (Part #930)
Comes in: 4L Jug, Case of 4 Jugs

Directions:
For best results pre-heat area to be cleaned to 80 Celcius (180 Farenheit) and shake Grill Master well before using. Grill Master works well in warm or cold ovens.
Griddles:
Mix 1 part Grill Master to 1 part water and apply to soiled surface liberally with a cloth or scrub brush. Let solution stand for 5 to 10 minutes, wipe clean with a damp cloth and rinse with potable water. To prevent surface rust from appearing, apply a thin coat of shortening after griddle surface has been dried.
Deep Fryers:
Remove excess grease with scraper or potable water. Fill basin of fryer to 10cm (4 inches) below the top with cold water. Add 1 part Grill Master to 40 parts water and boil water for 30 minutes. Dry fry basin and rinse residue with hot water. For best results, scrub off greasy residue that remains while it's still warm. Rinse well with potable water.
Commercial Ovens:
Using brush, apply undiluted Grill Master directly to the surface of walls, racks, burners and glass. Let the product stand for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse well with potable water. Depending upon the degree of soil build-up, it may be necessary to use a soft scrubbing pad to agitate remaining soils.
